Lehman lowered LSI Logic (LSI) rating to Underweight and reduced Price Target to $7 from $8. Downgrade due to valuation call as the analyst believes LSI deserves a market multiple given his view that long term earnings will not exceed the S&P.

Deutsche Bank downgraded five specialty semiconductor stocks from Buy to Hold. ZRAN, XLNX, NETL, NVDA and LSI are the stocks affected. Companies are moving into a seasonally weak time of the year, and the slower economy will hamper any near-term sales recovery.
