Finerman thinks P&G (PG), Clorox (CLX), Kraft (KFT) and Wal-Mart (WMT) are all worth a look.

Delightful countertrend rally developing, courtesy of the ne'er-do-well Kraft's (KFT) better-than-expected quarter. This ultimate trade-down play -- think mac and cheese -- is finally rocking, and it is about time. Looks like Irene Rosenfeld can keep her job after all, and it is a good sign that there are more fine quarters to come.

There's a palpable rotation going on. We haven't liked the Pepsis (PEP) and the Krafts (KFT) and the General Mills (GIS) in this market, but now we hate them because the Federal Reserve is pouring lighter fluid on the fire -- heck, make that gasoline -- meaning that you are fighting a Fed-induced economic explosion. It's amazing. Ben Bernanke so gets it.

Kraft (KFT): This is the worst-run food company in the Dow. The second worst, Heinz, trades at 10 times earnings, and this one has a Buffett discount too, and I don't know about dividend coverage. Give it a Heinz multiple, and you get $18. Seems right.

Up for Best Picture this year is Milk, the story of Harvey Milk, the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in California. Dean Foods (DF), one of the country's top milk companies, closed down a penny on Friday at $19.85. And you can't have milk without cookies; Kraft (KFT), which makes the oh-so-dippable Oreo, closed down 82 cents, or 3.4%, at $23.51, hitting a new 52-week low of $23.28 earlier in the day.

1) expect many new shareholders will immediately sell shares after Altria spin off, as Kraft is unlikely to appear attractive to people whose investing style led them to Altria
