Have visited eight of their properties and all have been damaged since their acquisition. Reduced revenues, cavalier staff cuts and more importantly, high employee turnover and low morale. This is not a publishing company just "serial acquierers". Hard to believe the same individual is heading up the operation. Check the results since the IPO. Some companies can turn it around, this one seems doomed to failure.
