Even though the deal with nestle is a great start, but with the consumer spending stopping slowly, and the subprime mortgage problem happening. I am not sure how the stores will fare since some the housing problem stems from California and 57% of its stores are in California. It is 366 stores out of 640. Expect a few quarters to have low sales. Plus the prices will be expensive in stores and wont fare well during the supposed recession. Since People will go for the cheap drinks like coke and pepsi. The bottled drink that they will come out with will probably be expensive since the high cost of fruits and milk in the manufacturing process. Theres probably going to be a dip again in the stock price. I'll wait until the supposed recession is over.
