UBS has downgraded several financial stocks. UBS said it is downgrading BK, LEH, GS, STT, IVZ, AMTD. Cites most capital markets related stocks are likely to move lower before recovering and valuations will likely test 20-year lows rather than 10-year lows.

Q: What else tempts you?

A: Invesco [IVZ], the asset manager now based in Atlanta. They previously were based in the U.K. The business includes the PowerShares ETF franchise and AIM Investments. As a firm they've had their ups and downs. There's a consensus that the market is probably in a trading range and not going to go up a lot this year. So it is a reasonably contrarian bet that the market will do better than the consensus right now. They should earn about $2 a share this year. With any kind of luck, they grow 10% a year in the next couple of years. The stock was at 25 recently, roughly 12 times earnings. You are talking about a very good company that's well managed selling at 12 times. It's a good buy.
