Fursa Alternative Strategies demanded inspection of Integral's corporate books for the purpose of communicating with fellow shareholders. Fursa said it wants to communicate with them about mutual interests such as corporate governance and ways to increase stockholder value. Fursa currently holds 1,330,000 shares (12%).

Fursa said Integral's inability to execute alternative strategies for increasing shareholder value is "extremely troubling." Fursa has 1,330,000 shares (12% of total outstanding).

Mellon HBV Alternative Strategies wants the board to increase its size to seven. Mellon owns 12.1% of the company and is proposing its candidate, Alan Baldwin to be the 7th board member.
