Current Cash = 215 million
Directory = 225 million
Mobile = 135 million
Online Search if sold is worth = ??

For 6 months, the directory revenue was approximately $17 million and $11 million segment income. For year it would be around $35 million revenue and $22 million segment income. The total business is sold at $225 million.

For online search with approx $35 million quaterly revenue, which comes around $140 million yearly revenue. If sold the value can be in one of these categories...

Worst Case Scenario- the online search is worth atleast $300 million
Normal Case Scenario - $450 million
Best Case Scenario - $600 million

So total enterprise value for a normal case scenario is 215 + 225 + 135 + 450 = $1025 million

With around 33.1 million shares floating... the share price should be atleast 30 dollars.

Poor Jim... to prove that the company is worth more than what street thinks... he is on selling spree.
