Home Solutions of America (HSOA) sank Friday on creit concerns. Lenders have still not approved the resolution of a note payable that relates to the company's purchase of its Fireline subsidiary last year. Home Solutions plans to scrap a note payable due to Brian Marshall, who owned Fireline and is now Home Solutions' largest shareholder and a company executive, in exchange for letting Marshall collect certain accounts receivable related to Fireline. The company said Friday that it is in "advanced discussions with its lenders to receive a waiver." If the lenders do not consent to the agreement, then the company will seek to restructure the lending pact in order to comply with the covenants. The company also said it is conducting an independent review of all related-party transactions, such as the ones with Marshall. Home Solutions' quarterly report this week revealed that one of its $100 million contracts was with a company that is 50% owned by Marshall.

The stock traded to a 52-week low.

I think anyone that owns HSOA should file a complaint online with the sec http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml, about the website http://www.stocklemon.com/ that continues to publish articles claiming allegations of illegal practices by HSOA. They neither provide valid proof nor publish their financial interests in the stock. With this stock so heavily shorted it sure seems they are making money slandering this small company hurting many small investors like me.

Management is not serious about its future. Hopefully with a re shaping real estate market things might turn around.

Price and volume were the reasons I purchased this stock. I really did not like the financials of it. I expected to sell it off quicker than I would other stocks. I am just waiting for the right price to sell it.

I bought a chunck of this when it was HOM in May of o6' @ 11.60 p/share.(unsure when) later 06 (Sept?) it changed to hsoa,right about the time I googled it and found lawsuite's against HOM,falsified misdealing's of some sort.And I am involved in the class action suit currently going on,but havn't heard from the lawfirm since I filled my App. w/them.So HSOA is a mystery stock right now for me,what they do?did? or won't do in the future.
