Harvest Natural Resources (HNR) was upgraded to Buy rating from Hold at Jefferies. Price target rockets to $17 from $11 and FY 2008 eps estimates hold at $1.06.

You definitely get the Hugo Chavez discount built into this stock. The company gets no respect, and you should buy. As this company works its way through the Venezuelan government (it now has a contract in place), it is very very cheap compared to where it should be. Just let this company take care of itself and you should have a real winner. Anything under 10 is a gift; you can probably buy it somewhere in the 10 range on some weakness.
