Getty Images Inc. (GYI) the leading seller of stock photography and video footage, said Monday it has agreed to a $2.1 billion buyout from the private equity group Hellman & Friedman LLC.

I’m surprised they got this deal at this price, says Karen Finerman. There was a great deal of skepticism it would get done. I think private equity is getting in cheap, adds Pete Najarian.

Getty Images (GYI)) was downgraded by Deutsche Bank to Sell from Hold. In second quarter the company saw a year-over-year decline in core business and organic revenue. Creative images continue to see weakness from mix and demand issues. Price target lowered to $35.
