Keep an eye on the refiners, adds Pete Najarian. I love the action in Frontier (FTO) and Tesoro (TSO). Lower oil means input costs are less and margins at the refiners should improve. |

Frontier Oil (FTO) was upgraded from Hold to Buy at Deutsche. $35 price target. FTO has high flexibility in its choice of crude, particularly with the Canadian grades, leaving them well positioned within small cap refining. In addition, FTO is attractive as a possible consolidation candidate. |

Frontier Oil (FTO) was upgraded from Underperform to Peer Perform at Bear Stearns. FTO is one of the better-positioned refiners that will be able to endure this period of margin weakness. Until fundamental conditions improve there is limited upside in FTO and other refining stocks share prices. |
