It has positioned itself to be much more efficient with the next housing upturn and can take off when we discover we need to do something about the roads (infrastructure) in this country

Materials are linked to expansion and growth in housing. New houses are more efficient than old houses. Also, prices are easier to control with the size of houses rather than purchasing old houses/fixer uppers/blackmold/leaded paint. Seems that places should be built from scratch to avoid replacing old things and starting from brand new.
