There's Emerson Electric (EMR) over 4% even though last week it said orders lately had been better than expected.

I say don't sell off the Honeywells (HON) and the Emersons (EMR) on these numbers, although I recognize that some of this weakness also has to do with unemployment claims putting the double-dip back on the table.

Industrials are another safe bet, said Cramer. He likes Emerson (EMR), another Action Alerts Plus name, in that group. In the housing sector, Cramer said to stay away from home builders and pick up retailers like Home Depot (HD), an Action Alerts Plus stock, or Lowes (LOW) as a play on the housing bottom. So what am I doing? Letting some oils go after a big run to set up for a retest of the low $40s. Watching the industrials for an entry level -- too high now but a heartening situation developing in Emerson (EMR) -- and betting on a contained downturn despite the equal-opportunity bashing of Mark Faber and George Soros.
