Chinese real estate services company E-House Holdings Ltd. said Friday its board has approved a share buyback program worth as much as $20 million.
The board authorized buybacks of the company's American Depository Shares, which are dollar-denominated shares of foreign companies that trade on U.S. exchanges.
The company said the buybacks would be made "from time to time."
