Dolby Laboratories (DLB) was upgraded to Equal-weight, Morgan Stanley said. $39 price target. Stock is already pricing in a mild US recession.

Added to position. The recent downgrade made no sense. Stock is not a pure tech play and not directly coupled to consumer spending.

Goldman Sachs said it is upgrading Dolby (DLB) to Buy from Neutral based on strong Q1 results, growth in Microsoft Vista shipments, and traction for PC EE product. Price target at $60.
