And last but not least check out CTC Media (CTCM) for their growth rate.

According to Cramer, its time to cut and run with CTC Media. While he still likes the strong media story in Russia and surrounding countries, he said CTC has proven to be just too small to take advantage of the growth.

Seymour also likes lesser known stocks such as Mobile Telesystems (MBT), Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods (WBD) and CTS Media (CTCM).

I’m also bullish on some of the media names such as Central European Media Enterprises (CETV), CTC Media (CTCM) and Net Servicos de Comunicacao (NETC).

Personally, I like media stocks such as Net Servicos de Comunicacao (NETC), Central European Media Enterprises (CETV) and CTC Media (CTCM) because they are direct plays on these domestic economies. -- Tim Seymour

Russian broadcaster has seen declining ratings, but a rising stock price, of late.

not exactly my "least favorite" but I'm looking for this one to peak fairly soon as there has been a bunch of insider selling going on recently. I'm hesitant to short sell anything though, and this stock has too good of ratings in IBD and Vectorvest for me to short, but it's one that I'm watching closely.
