GoldenTree Asset Management is calling for a sale of CRE, and expressed concern about CRE's strategic direction and the stock's steep discount to book value. GoldenTree said that the best path to maximizing value for all shareholders is to promptly engage an investment-banking firm to sell the company. GoldenTree holds 5,959,801 shares (28.32%). |
