Specific to this season, we have Episode 3's Swanson broth challenge, in which contestants are given an hour to recreate a recipe from the "Top Chef" cookbook. Ten minutes into the challenge, they're instructed to switch gears, and using Swanson broth, to turn their dishes into soups. Swanson's broth business is owned by Campbell Soup (CPB), which closed up 4 cents to $28.69.

Great staple company with a nice yield. People have to eat. I've had these soups since I was a kid...can't beat veg beef and chicken noodle from these guys.

So has Kraft (KFT) and General Mills. Heinz (HNZ), too. Campbell's (CPB) is doing it now. These seem to be headed higher because of those.
