CLHB provides environmental and waste-management services. For the quarter, earnings per share was 81 cents, versus 56 cents a year ago and our 69-cent estimate. We estimate technical-service revenues were up approximately 20% year-over-year, led by significant leverage from its recently integrated acquisitions...the firm is expected to easily top $1 billion [in] revenue in '08. Management guided '08 revenue growth in the range of 6% to 8%. Target [raised to] 68, from 64. Market-cap: $1.3 billion.
