We have tons of infrastructure companies that could put people to work right now building storage facilities: Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI), Jacobs Engineering (JEC), Foster Wheeler (FWLT), Shaw (SGR). They should all get work. We don't have enough ships to store oil in -- and that's not as economical as tanks -- but we have plenty of old, capped wells that could take a ton of product.

Obama's plan calls for major investment in the country's roads and bridges, said Cramer, and that's why stocks like Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) sound like the natural choice. To me there's no opportunity here for now. I am watching Foster Wheeler (FWLT) get hammered after hours because of Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI).
