Well bought low, and very happy

This construction and engineering company has a long history of increasing analyst expectations -- and then beating them. This month is no exception.

I own shares--hope they go up a bunch--paid $46 per share last year.

We have tons of infrastructure companies that could put people to work right now building storage facilities: Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI), Jacobs Engineering (JEC), Foster Wheeler (FWLT), Shaw (SGR). They should all get work. We don't have enough ships to store oil in -- and that's not as economical as tanks -- but we have plenty of old, capped wells that could take a ton of product.

Obama's plan calls for major investment in the country's roads and bridges, said Cramer, and that's why stocks like Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) sound like the natural choice. That is, until investors realize that 55% of CBI's revenues come from the liquified natural gas industry and not from roads.

Going into today's session, if you added up the market caps of the big six infrastructure companies -- McDermott (MDR), Foster Wheeler (FWLT), Shaw Group (SGR), Jacobs Engineering (JEC), CBI (CBI) and Fluor (FLR) -- they were not equal to the market cap Fluor had last June.

Not sure why CBI is not following MDR and FWLT. It's being a dog.
