"A group including Vardon Capital Management urged the board to call a special meeting and to repurchase 10% of CACH stock, stating: "We believe that a $25 million stock buyback, representing approximately a 10% buyback at current trading price, is an effective method of maximizing long-term shareholder value. The group holds 1,873,381 shares (11.5%)."
