another subprime mess-this is greatly because these subprime homebuyers were in the past 10 yrs given loan though the government program such as farmer home direct loans- they were always risking- then the govt cut back on giving these loans and then these buyers were given loans from banks & mtge co when they should have never been approved. if the govt had not closed their previous program for handling this type of homebuyer- the bond funds would be stable, and our housing market would not have been hit so hard during this economy cycle. Blame it again on the govt because these should have never evaporated from the farmers home program. no one has mention this on the media- how did these buyers purchase home before? they did ... through govt porgrams
