Another dumb move

I intend to ride this stock up to around $6 a share once the phase III data is presented to the FDA and the European medical community. Look for the diabetes drug to get favorable treatment by the FDA for expedited processing.

a longshot...interesting new direction on diabetes treatment as a new direction for its current no 1 investigational drig...
obtaining a new sponser will ramp it up.. fairly big shorts will cause massive spike

severely beaten down in the cardiovascular arena. now trying to come back as a diabetes preventing medicine.
with recent black box warning for the tzd's, may have a chance.

The thing i dont like about atherogenics, is that it seems they are withholding information. We know they submitted results on their phase III trial, for a presentation in march. So the results are out there. But they are waiting till they get the full dataset before they release the results. I just dont trust it. If they had positive results, they would have release the data, as soon as possible. The only reason I can think of by withholding the data, is that it is negative, and they are data mining for any good details.
