Let me throw in Terra Nitrogen (TNH), Agrium (AGU) and Mosaic (MOS) -- despite the Archer Daniels (ADM) shortfall.

We're raising our fiscal-year/June 10 estimated earnings per share from $3.10 to $3.50. That's still 12.5% below FY09E-EPS -- but it increasingly appears that commodity volatility remains, which should benefit [this agricultural giant] over time. We're also raising our price target from 29 to 34, in line with the EPS increase. The target still represents less than 10 times [our] forward E-EPS, which we consider conservative given that ADM has little [to] no exposure to economically depressed markets such as autos, housing, credit, etc....ADM beat consensus EPS by 65 cents...last quarter, which is bigger than our EPS increase. ADM stock is 40% below its 52-week high...[its] recovery began the September-quarter....There appears a possibility of early legislation to increase the ethanol blend from 10% to 12% [or] 15%. Market cap: $18.8 billion.

This stock might have worked for me over the years if they could have stopped being fined for violations of federal law.

Trading at a multiyear low for no apparent reason. In these times of biofuels and food-demand, this company should be prospering. Technicals look terrible.

No matter what method I use, be it charting.tech analysis, trend lines, valuation, even flipping a coin... it's always "tails" for me on this stock. It's going to take me an eternity to recoup my losses. UGH!

Ethanol fraud will be found out during the next few years.
