funny how the view count for this page keeps going up but no one has commented almost
three months.
i guess im not the only one who has set this page as an entry for the forum.
When do we get our 3.0?

heres another mystery for you, so im watching street.comTV this morning and what do i see?

what i have highlighted is the avatar picture from buggery (the Dr. Zed of Wall Street
Survivor) is it possible that this is some kind of glitch in my browsers cache? did anyone
else see this? i swear i did not photoshop this image. conspiracy theorists should eat
this one up for lunch if theres anyone still even reading this thread.

From the contest main page: "... Mrs. Smith, a housewife of New Port Richey, Florida who
considers herself a novice investor, racked up an overall return of 786% by shorting
stocks of companies she believed were undervalued. It was obviously a winning strategy!"
Shouldn't that be "overvalued" instead of "undervalued"?
Return of 786% over 40 trading days is approximately 5.6% daily.

i dont agree with any of that. while i think we would have all benefitted from more
transparency in the contest they have definitely showed their interest in improving the
game. hey puhlease what do you say to a run down of our winners over all performance maybe
some of us would feel better if we can see a legitimate or even feasibly legitimate
pattern of returns.

well put fogal!! I have been railing about the unprofessional way they treated the
contest. and the answer was right in front of me, your post. probably a high school intern
who worked after hours. CNBC knows how to promote a contest, the hswifw who won, talked a
lot about that contest. Really, the street contest is the way it is because Cramer
probably has a producer leading him by the nose and hes just the producers puppet, so we
cant blame Cramer cause he knows zip, nada, zero, about promoting or running contests. So
give the old boy a break everyone, its not Cramers fault, he was born without any juices
for running a competition. He just lays back and throws datrs at the WSJ to pick his
stocks, whereas contests are competitions with people who want to win and get contest
info. We thirst for it! WE are competitive and want to win, so go easy on poor Cramer who
does not know anything about competitors in the contest and market world. I say its OK for
a sissy to hide on the playground

"I got the sense that he was satisfied with how the contest turned out..."
If Cramer is satisfied with the way the contest turned out, he doesn't read this forum, if
he even knows it exists, neither does he have any idea of what the active players
thought of it. My sense is that Cramer and TSCM management probably handed the whole
thing over to a college aged intern and said something like, "let us know when it's over
and who the winner is". If Cramer and other upper management were any more involved than
that I would be shocked and they should be embarrassed, not satisfied.

Well, in the first few seconds of the video, Cramer quickly says, "...there are going to
be alot more contests...", then he asks the winner what are the things people ought to do
to win such a contest. I got the sense that he was satisfied with how the contest turned
out and there will probably be another one.
Viva Viagra!! (...for some reason I cant stop saying that...)

if you do read this, i have been going thru and looking at this forum there are alot
people wondering if the contest is going to continue as described in previous sgments of
the contest. is there a way you could let us know about when if at all round 3 would be up
or if the contest will no longer be running due to possible cheaters.
i get a general idea that many participants emjoy the contest and play the game fairly.
there may be a small percentage of gamers that may try to cheat. but you can control that.
i realize there are alot of issues that need to be addressed but palyers who are
interested would like to know whats going to happen
