is this Best Buys last hurrah season???
the competition is tough and they are fighting for their life...IMHO...
I can say I only have shopped @ BBY in the last couple of days before Xmas...because I
needed gifts on the fly...
maybe thats their sweet spot...??

XOM buying Hess would be horrible. Anyhow, glad the rumor was denied as I don't see how
that would enefit them or diversify them at all. XOM still catching it from the XTO
purchase so I can't see them throwing away so much cash in this environment. Rather they
just continued with stock repurchase. If anything, they should buy a smaller oil or nat
gas service company like KEG or CJES, that would be interesting.
