I 100% agree with you jim. Fear is a wonderful thing when it comes to human rational in
buying/selling securities.

The Vixx is up over 32. Some people say that it's a good thing because it 's better than
complacency in the markets. When there's too much fear in the markets, which I think there
is, then this is a good time to step in, and start buying.
