i have a black lab named zack. sometimes i say to him are you having a zack attack. poor
fellow, has to be chained to a tree during deer hunting season. well it will end on
sunday. on monday zack can attack the woods again. happy thanksgiving.

What's everyone's menu look like? I should be cooking right now, but instead I am sitting
on my clean tile floor drinking pinot noir.
We don't like turkey all that much, so I do nontraditional stuff.
My plan is to hickory smoke about 3 lbs of pork tenderloin in the hot smoker.
Appetizer is soy/ginger marinated shrimp on the grill. Since I already have hot coals,
some grilled pineapple because, hey, grilled pineapple.
Soup is a lobster bisque. Goes with real biscuits (butter, flour and buttermilk).
Some of the sides... I hope somebody brings something green.
I make a potato salad from sweet and red potatoes with wasabi, mustard, a little mayo and
some raspberry.
Special carrots, I call them. Turn about half a can of ginger ale into a glaze, with
curry, cumin, some extra ginger.
Got hold of a white truffle for truffle risotto.
Dessert is lava cake in little individual ramekins and ice cream on the side.

I first got into stocks buying a Chicken stock called Rymer,,,,then the CEO had about 5
sons, each with its own company and stock....then one day my 2 dollar stock ,,,had only 25
shares....went into the tank because the sons and family bought each other out and debt
too,,right after my stock went to Zero...Finally figure out The Chicken Family and
relatives
Should have got Turkey instead... :-)
