You can get dividend history and ex-dividend dates on any stock by punching the ticker
symbol and dividends into ant search engine. BEERCAN

once you get enough shares flowing in each stock.. you won't think about the trade fee
which you'll deduct when you do your taxes.

michael morse,
That's an interesting twist on dividend reinvestment. I'm not sure how well it would work
out for us small guys due to the increased trading fees.

or you could hav 4 or five and if 2 pay near same time you take that sum and invest it
into whatever's next to record on your list. and just keep the ball rolling forward.

have 2 high paying dividend stocks that have a spacing that allows you time to reinvest
one stocks dividends into the other, that way you keep growing your positions without
having to wait til next quarter...its a little harder to find 3 that match up the timing.

sunmonster,
I thought about that too. Unfortunately, I can't figure out a good way to make it work.
Buying call options would not work because the buyer of a call option does not get the
dividend. I could sell covered calls and get the dividends but that's just a standard
options strategy. There's no devious gaming of dividends in that. Plus options are hard
money. I want easy money. HeHeHe...
