We talked about this a long time ago on a different thread and I was flipping through
channels when I saw Die Hard,
lol, I could not come up with a better Cramer than Bruce Willis!
I do like Richard Dreyfus too! But Bruce is such a Bad Ass like Cramer is such a mad
man(who used to be a BadAss). lol, reminds me of the line in "Confessions" where he is
giving a friend a ride and they have a problem with a guy on the highway ~ the friend says
hey, be careful the guy could have a gun ~ Cramer said, open my glove box, I'm AM the guy
with the Gun! SOooo Glad he evolved :) But Bruce definetly!

I will say, Jim Cramer's style flows very nicely and is easy to read.
The first book, "Confessions" is about the hedge fund and is a rare look behind the
scenes. I would recommend it highly as a take on Wall Street. Parts would work as a
movie, perhaps.
The second and third books lay out an investing strategy. Good for newbies, interesting
for the intermediate and probably nothing new for a pro. They were good and I did pick up
some ideas to enhance my strategy.
Of course, I read a lot, so to me these were quick reads.

I agree about a good movie on the market etc, also a TV series. Too bad someone else will
do it. I liked "Wall Street. I have another suggestion. Kevin Spacey (but with
make-up).

I enjoy Chris Elliot a lot (yes, I still have 10 or so "Get a Life" episodes on tape), and
I could see him as Cramer. He did have that slight serious role in "The Abyss."
I have never seen him on stage.
What would be nice is for someone to make a serious full length feature movie about the
day to day at a hedge fund. Not some BS Hollywood fiction either (I never liked "Wall
Street" - I think people just say they like it because there are no good financial movies
to compare it too).
Jim Cramer productions? Hey why not. It is an investment that he could make without any
trading restrictions.
I bet if someone adapted his book into a screenplay, he would be interested.

The book on CD version is awesome since you get to hear Cramer tell his whole story. I
agree a movie would be amazing.
