Delisting, New vote date, suspicious buying activity.

I know this is not a heavily viewed stock but here are my thoughts on PRH, vitacube
holdings. Am I right?
They have pushed so many meetings back and they just filed on Jan 30 to officially mark
it. They have changed the voting rights day from November 2006 now to Jan 31, 2007. Just
as it has gone up huge due to heavy volume, did somebody know this and wants a vote to who
is a director????
They are going to increase shares thus diluting it's pool.
Did someone run this up to vote and now it's going to tank because of the dilution? And
why bother change the name to XELR8 when the business has turn to BAZI, you'll just have
to do it again.
Disclaimer: I was long in November and sold Mid January because of the AMEX delisting. By
the way what will delisting to to share holders?
