Hey guys,
Just wanted to warn you about the AAPLUS service. My annual subscription was coming to an
end, but there is no way to turn off auto-renewal on-line. So I waited for it to lapse,
then the next day called in to cancel and they said I could NOT cancel. That you have to
cancel by phone BEFORE your renewal comes up. So even though I tried to cancel on day 1 of
an annual subscription they said NO. Be careful guys, this is a very shady practice that
even used auto stores don't resort to. I will NEVER subscribe to a product from THE STREET
again.
