Thanks for the compliment, mock_portfolio. Tech Covers a lot of territory. I like the LCD
and Fiber optic stocks -- BRLC and GLW. All my tech holdings are relatively high e/p
yield plays (over 5%) and that is often hard to find in tech. (A more traditional way to
look at this is they have low forward earnings multiples.) Cisco at 5.28% (or less than 19
time fwd earnings) is really cheap by historical standards, and I think estimates will be
revised up. IVAC is my favorite tech play and will move higher as it becomes better known,
and I think earnings estimates will be revised up on it, too.

Update...
First, thanks for the compliment, mock_portfolio. Second BRLC is going to be fine. They
increased tax payments for Q2 (just completed, FYE is June)... make a lot of money, have
to pay more taxes. EPS are trending up for this year and I expect that to continue.

Getting a nice move on CAT and JOYG from TEX news release. I liked TEX, too, but it had
already made a move and CAT and JOYG looked better from a potential up vs down
perspective. Anyway, can't complain about a 3.7% gain in two days!

Gotta go...
Tom

BRLC is giving us some heartburn now, Read the financial just updated before moving in,
I don't have time right now, so am holding my position as is. First impression is that it
is a buy opportunity on the Q2 revision, but not sure. All my tech holdings are
relatively high e/p yield plays (over 5%) and that is often hard to find in tech. (A more

Have to go to my day job...

Good luck!

Terrific analysis, Tom. I really enjoy looking at this thing. I also like how you venture
into relatively lesser-known names. That's always refreshing (and educational) as well. My
one question: you seem to be fairly heavily weighted in tech. Are you extremely bullish
for 2007? Or do you just see tech as being very undervalued?
