Valerie, NANO hit due to a new 2ndary, which i didn't see posted on finance.yahoo.com.
Fortunately, it WAS posted on my broker's news feeds, so i got out before 10am today,
before most other people became aware of it and sold it off harder.
Since small caps are starting to underperform large caps, do you think TZA may finally
have a few good days from here?

I have been watching all sorts of hilarious shit today. Like this guy that drove his
million dollar car into a lake: http://bit.ly/36BtgO Also, IYR is melting the faces off of
SRS owners, which is always funny to watch. Denial riddled bears are inventing new ways to
lose money, such as buying SDD on margin. As dull as the market was today, except for the
end of the day bear raping, today was actually a fun day to watch stupid people do
humorous things.
I was going to put my expert Paint skills to work on a VIX chart but instead I will just
describe what I am seeing and what I am watching for. If you look at a 6 month daily chart
of the VIX, it is clearly forming a thanksgiving cornucopia pattern

Can you see it? The VIX is melting down. If it closes below 20 or close to it I will be
raising cash by reducing my position sizing in my small cap holdings, along with reducing
my exposure to the video game sector. When the VIX gets that low I find no point in
selling covered calls against my longs. It limits the upside, and does nothing to protect
the downside. So raising cash seems like the best thing to do, while buying cheap puts
(low vix = cheap options) might seem like the next best option, although that requires
great timing and skill.
It has been interesting to watch money flow out of the Russell 2k and into the Dow 30.
Cain Thailer pointed out that after the small caps stocks all rolled over, a lot of
volatility was taken out of the market. Lastly I am watching the $DJT because I think
there is some rule that states if if the Dow Trans. where to break above the year long
resistance level of 4050, then even the most retarded bears would have to agree we are in
a bull market.

The Fly
In the End, The Turkey Gods Will Win
Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at at 9:50 am 32
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and people are about to gain weight again. Slothy
fat people across America will stuff their faces with foods that will kill them, or leave
them too fat to do anything other than waddle. Wall Street bankers will take a day off,
from cocaine binges, to spend some “quality time” with the family. You see, there is
no time to sell the market. This is the time of year when people celebrate their slowly
depreciating life expectancy, via large bottles of whiskey and through gluttonous
consumption of very large turkey legs.
I do not expect the short sellers to give up losing money, for they are experts in that
field. The probability of them making money is equal to witnessing a lunar eclipse, with
the naked eye.
I have a game plan, good Sirs, and I shall press my rights, as “coin operator,” over
the coming weeks and months to come, indeud.

I know you realize that I am different from many of you, which is treu [sic]. For example,
I can write, eat and sleep better than all of you combined, AND MORE. It gets better.
I have a few stocks that are preparing to go higher. What do I mean when I say
“preparing?” Well, I do not suggest they are preparing the battlefield by way of
lacing it with flammable fluids, soon to be ignited by flaming arrow point, in order to
“host” some overzealous short sellers; that would be archaic. Instead, they are simply
biding their time, organizing, while waiting for the proper occasion to jump on the faces
of those who bet against them.
I offer three names, of the most distinguished quality, worth your perusal and careful
consideration.
1. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR: 65.86 -4.27%)
2. W.W. Grainger, Inc. (GWW: 98.25 -3.14%)
3. U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (GROW: 14.27 -0.21%)
Pardon my abruptness. I must be going now. Good day to you all.

Wait until he starts swearing again.
Besides cheesey entertainment, The Fly's site and The PPT can generate some good
trading/investing ideas.
The swearing will recommence when DOW hits 10,500, btw.

My reply to the fly would be:
Who you calling Einstein, Sherlock?
Although i won't be convinced this is a long-only situation unless/until we top SPY 112.5,
i still hold the long SPY position i've had since late March. When SPY stalled in October,
i placed a quick SPY OTM put trade, but that was just insurance, not bearishness. And once
SPY "shows me" 112.5, i'm ready to scale in some more on SPY.

So this is Jake Gint below, the guy who's raking in the gold dubloons buying silver, gold
and platinum. Everything he buys turns to gold, no matter what the precious metal is.
Oh yah, the dumb football call was by the Patriots' head coach and it cost them the game.
Not that I was watching but, you know.
