Wealth distribution by race and ethnicity

Valerie,
My view is that it's no longer a "long only" market, at least not right now. Sure, it was
"long only" March-September. But as of October 30, the endless buying pressure is off, and
it's become a sawtooth. So these sectors that recenly rallied - rails, gold, silver,
healthcare - are probably due for a sell off before their next leg up, although healthcare
may be the exception, due to impending legislation.

APA look good to me. And i short UNG on rallies. Time to cover that short now, but not go
long on it. Just waiting to short the next rally in UNG at say $11.50, iff it goes there -
and that's a big if, imho.

What happened to Bovine's friend? Did he/she give up on collecting the tab? I had two more
Cuervos last night.

lol, Tradin' I'm hitting the sack if you don't want to talk to stocks. Good night!

I'm really not doing a whole lot, to be honest.
Look at the top 5 industry performers from last week: Railroads (Buffett effect), 14.6%;
Gold 12.1%; Silver 11.2%; Auto Parts 10.5%; and Health Care PLans 10.1%.
What are you doing?

I'm in ETF FCG too - sold a little in the high 17s and then it pulled back to high 15s but
I already have some at that level so I'm just waiting.

I'm long(natural) GAS on the TSX but it's been down more than a week. It went as high as
6.70 recently and I missed the trade. IDN, Tradin' the darn thing could back to a low of
3.80 forall I know so I'm waiting to add on some upward momentum.
LNG - what about it?

that val is pretty smart, so nat gas could b a play? or is the play coal? ok val what do
ya think, i know u been playin lng, up n down,,,,

All right, now I have it!
I forgot to attribute this to Ragin' Cajun over at ibankcoin.com, who compiled this
earnings release. Have to give credit where credit is due.

Earlier, KJP was talking about scoping out retail in Answers section. My daughter and I
were just at the mall stimulating the economy and I can tell you traffic was robust. I had
mentioned ARO earlier - interesting that they have had a 50% off sale going on for a
couple of weeks, so we took advantage of that. Then on to a store called Journeys - which
I had never even heard of - where Alexis squealed with delight after purchasing her first
pair of UGGs. Now that she's in middle school it's of the utmost importance to keep up
with the adolescent Joneses. The kid has terrible tics from Tourette's and hardly ever
complains so her dad and I are happy to make her happy, and she doesn't ask for much. The
UGGs are flying off the shelves. I remember when the stock dropped to $39. Wow.

Post from The Fly on ibankcoin.com

I remember several months ago (I mean back in the the spring when the market was just
beginning its egregious move up) when CL was asking about the chances of APPL breaking
100. In my B.S. T.A. analysis, I looked at "historical prices" along with a chart, and
reported back that if AAPL could keep above $102 then it would be off to the races. Gotta
love the number 100.
I know Fly does.
Here's his take:
Going with O’bama-logic, over my career, managing money for affluent people running
businesses, I’ve saved jobs. There is no way to quantify how many jobs I saved. However,
I will tell you, being up more 140%, over the past two years, “The Fly” is a robust
instrument of economic stimulus.

In an effort to switch things up a little, I offer the following advice: play the $100
rolls. Play them like the wind and sand, with no less than 100 grand.
