Going over my notes I find there is also an FPRS that you can see on BigCharts. Now, you
finish the study and tell me which is best. All I can say is that I got this technique
from Cramer and I made 75% on CFCPRB in two weeks. That will never happen again but this
is a good long term investment method. If you find a way to take a quick gain okay take
it but you don't need it.

Google says you can buy Ford Preferred Stock from Scottrade or Etrade. Don't ask for just
FPRA but a prosprctus on each of the Ford preferred stocks. You will know all the terms.
There may even be a better one.

You can look at it on BigCharts. I can buy it by computer by sending an E-Mail to my
broker. I will buy 100 shares to find out how it works. I don't mind I just might be
locked into a very good investment.

Bill,
I'll bite. HOW and WHERE do you find FPRA, and can one buy it online? Don

F closed at $8.10. FPRA closed at 17.56. It has a yield of 10.71%. It is hard to find.
Sime brokers don't know how to look it up. I buy preferred when I can. If you are wrong
you can sit there and collect dividends.

My information is that the sale price will be $8.50 per share. It is assumed that the
market price will go to the same price. If you want to play it safe buy FPRA. It is some
kind of prederred stock. You can find it on BigCharts.

I looked over there and see Again the same Buyer wanting to buy more stock and Ford was
surprised by said person buying it in the First place.
Ya think the guy short-covering ended up buying the stock back ? Nahhhh
Kerkorian's Tracinda Corp. made the disclosures today as it followed through with a plan
to offer $170 million for an additional 20 million shares. Kerkorian, 90, also said he bid
last year to buy Ford's Jaguar and Land Rover and that he has been asked by Chairman
William Clay Ford Jr. to discuss his stake. Ford's board is reviewing Kerkorian's tender
offer.
Ya Think it's gonna Jump to $8.50..
Hummmm Tiny Gains...lol
