China Govt. owned Companies...aren't they all?

I found this list..with this blog....right now it is not a good time to buy china. it has bounced 1/2 of the drop of 2008. now looks like dropping again. most of the china stocks listed in nasdaq are hot air with no business model. so you have to be careful to pick. stick with the state owned company like HNP, LFC, CHL, YZC, CEO or PTR on further dips. some private company are good like SINA, SOHU, BIDU and EJ.
