Cramer recently recommended Agrium (AGU). Its recent secondary may be the only reason they haven't rallied along with the rest of the agriculture sector. Should one wait for more downside before starting to scale in, or giddyup now?

I am, for better or for worse, a Calpine (CPNLQ.PK) shareholder. It was just announced that a judge has approved Calpine's bankruptcy plan. Calpine will convert from a pink sheet stock to a common stock, and it's doubtful if shareholders will receive anything at all in the settlement. The press release stated: "Calpine's current shareholders will receive warrants to buy up to 10% of shares in the reorganized company." I am not familiar with this term or type of transaction. Can you clarify please?
