Stratton Small-Cap Value Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stock and securities convertible into common stock of small capitalization companies. These common stocks are of well-established U.S. companies that the advisor believes are undervalued.
