I am retired,50% GOV BONDS %50STOCK. AGE 72. Preserving Capital, dividend paying, well managed, international exposure, not too much of any stock, are my general goals. I want to own the best managed large cap stocks available....dropped GM, ATT, and am thinking of dropping General Mills, Hormel and Heinz too.

Manufacturing companies that fit my specification are hard to find at reasonable valuation.

Don't like dotcoms, in general, tobacco, gameing, and liquor stocks(too Goverment and regulation dependent for survival.

Want large companies still growing...A financials....A management...A prospects.
