getting out of YUM even though i like LT - think the GS down grade of it will weigh on it for a bit and could trigger other downgrades. would rather buy MRVL which should bounce once the mutual fund tax lose selling end today (10/27)

sold the GRMN - don't like the comp i see coming into the industry - think prices will be under more pressure than expected into x-mas. would rather buy DIVX who does MPEG 4 codec - think high-end youtube .. stage 6 growth could be huge.

think that the street is underestimating numbers for next year, especially if they go forward with rumored staff reductions

asian channel checks starting to slow a bit of an uptick in biz
