Proctor & Gamble Common and Preferred Employer gives pg stock as profit sharing in 401k, a % of previous years wage earned Investment Objective ≤ The Procter & Gamble Profit Sharing Trust and Employee Stock Ownership Plan offers you an opportunity to invest your 401(k) salary contributions and your Company contributions in P&G Stock. By investing in P&G stock, you become a shareholder in the Company. And you are able to reap the benefits of your own hard work by sharing in the future earnings and success of the Company. ≤ The strategy of investing in P&G stock is to tie together the future success of the Company with that of the employees who work, or have worked, at P&G. P&G stock strives to achieve long-term growth through capital appreciation and dividend income by investing in stock that represents an equity (ownership) interest in P&G. Risk & Reward ≤ Investing in the Company’s stock can provide many benefits – including high growth potential. In fact, if you look at the history of P&G stock over time, it has outperformed the U.S. stock market. When choosing among the investments available in the PST Plan, it is important to remember that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. ≤ P&G stock enables you to participate in the long-term growth potential of the Company’s stock. While an investment in stock does carry greater risk (particularly an investment in one stock alone), historically over time, both the stock market as a whole and P&G stock have outperformed many other types of investments such as bonds and money market instruments.

A. any forward growth guidance you get from
a company has to be taken with a grain
of salt. dubai was not news 2 days ago,
yesterday it clipped the s n p for 20
points. these are turbulent times and
all forward statements are a guess. 5
year ones are a joke. we've had a really
nice upternd for the last 8 months, that
may be coming to and end or at the very
least its probably gonna get choppy.
you're gonna have to be the judge of the
reliability of any future estimates and
any one stock can have multiple guesses
at theirs.
