Baja Mining. Speculative, but makes a lot of sense once you read the prospectus. A gut feeling long term investment. Seems undervalued based on solid fundamentals, but still not on-line and hasn't made a profit.

Inflationary hedge. Mike Farrell is a freakin' genius with this stuff.

Safe bet with international exposure. Can be mixed with any alcohol for a nice buzz and is good on a cracker.

You can't build high without cranes, but if the economy flops the demand should be crushed. They are an interesting company with a strong product line and have E. European and Indian manufacturing and distribution centers. Weak dollar=strong export as long as global economy remains fairly strong. Long lead-time.

Long term play. Need work on inventory mgmt and production, but working on it. Should be a solid export if global economy remains strong. Will not pick-up until housing market stabilizes.
