This are picks from my 401K and Private Account. Stocks are or were value picks when I acquired them, lots of south american firms because of my Brazilian roots and belief in economic growth of region. I look for value as measured by P/E, P/BV, P/CF and DCF model, good operational numbers (ROE, ROA, Margins) and in small caps I stress high inside ownership and good financial strenght.
