great company, great industry, great dividend.

Amazing dividend at this price. Coming out of the real estate mess so far virtually unscathed. I think its going to back $16 in the next 6 months.

Got excited about uranium. Looking for a good exit price to get out of this and put my money in BAC with more promise right now.

Canadian energy trust. Solid track record, amazing monthly dividend. I put the $50 I add to my portfolio each week into buying a few shares of HTE. Trying to build it up so that I will get one free share by dividend reinvestment each payout.

Company bankrupted about 8 years ago due to liquidity and new laws. They have spent that time trying to dig their way out and have enough cash leftover to continue in some type of business. Many of the people that stayed on board had low salaries. They recently reemerged from that bankruptcy and are moving into buy here pay here car lots (great for consumers when banks are shying away from lending), commercial building, and building services. Its trading for about 70% book value and I'm banking on the dedicated management team to have learned an awful lot from these last 8 years. Many lessons of what you should and should not have done the first time should have been learned from such an experience. Its a penny stock but I believe it has potential to go to atleast $2 once people start paying attention to it. Its a small investment but I think it will pay off in the long run if I just keep holding.

company sucks. Bought small amount just in case they get some of these drugs approved. Its a very small investment so I barely pay attention to it unless its to trade it.
