looking for value in a mkt that is down 10% and looks like it may trend lower. alt energy drinks will always be popular and there is always the possibilty of JSDA being taken out at being that it has come in 20pts . i guess its more of a value/spec play then a fundamental play considering that the PE is extremely high.

spec play that looks as if it bot out. WIMAX is said to be better than wifi and more reliable at that. news came out recently that they partnered up with i believe sprint or nokia and will start with washington dc as the first city to offer WIMAX by late 2007. after the nes came out the stock popped from 3.50 to 4.70.

i believe that oil will go to 80 eventually and maybe 90.... in doing so you have to look for value in the sector. VLO has come off about 13pts+ in a bad mkt and could be a solid investment.

LOVE THE NAME!!!! i love the fact that they are in the mix for the 2nd ave subway that everybody on the east side of NYC has been waiting decades for. i think its a buy under 24. with a PE going forward of about 18.5...its not as low as one would like, but low enough for an investment.
