Keeps making IDB new high or up 1 point list

Using IDB TIMESAVER TABLE this is a stock that keeps showing up on the new high list and the high vol Vs. 50-day moving ave. GRMN and NVT are joined at the hip. The amount I would normally lay for one position is split between these two. GRMN may buy out NVT. I don't know if this is the correct way to play this but this is way I am here, to learn from my mistakes and not get hurt.
