Mid cap energy 2%
I use schwab equity ratings(SER) and IBD scorecard ratings once per week to determine buy/hold /sell...Both SER and IBD ratings have to be A or B to maintain hold and both A for buy..I cross reference these ratings with market edge 2nd opinion technical analysis for additional confirmation of entry/exit points
