This residential builder in the Carolinas sports the lowest inventory level in an industry mired in billion worth of depreciated property. Debt-to-equity ratio is a meager 24%,plus the company is focusing future business on the empty-nest baby boomers who are scaling down their dwellings. Florida residents are moving out due to the high insurance rates and taxes. This company is expanding into Georgia to leverage very favorable tax-laws aimed at providing tax-free dividend and capital to those baby boomers 62 years and older. The break-up value far exceeds the current stock price.

How can one not notice this brand name selling way below its intrinsic value. At the current price of less than 10/times earnings, JCP Penny will benefit from Federal Reserve rate cuts, which will further inflate an inflated economy.JC Penny sells value and quality. I firmly believe they will add new customers not willing to pay the exoribant prices found a high-scale retailers.

A. Yea Kabirm is all over this. Actually
thought of him this morning on my way to
work, when I heard PETM reported this
morning, on BB Radio. All that you
describe in this post was being said
that helped them offset the negative.

I know people love their pets & will
spend $ on them, but I also see alot
people abandon their pets in hard times.
I used to work in a petshop when I was
younger, so I know 1st hand. I like
PETM the stores they're fun to go to. I
go there to bulk up on dry/wet goods for
my cats & fish supplies. Don't buy fish
there though. Actually don't buy fish
or any pet in any big box pet store,
they suck & always stressed out. I
rather support my mom & pops specialist
stores.
