Has 50 plus year history of raising dividende. Is worldwide leader in ATMs and various bank equipment. Current subprime scandal provides good buying oppurtunity.

Altria still has to pay the goverments of some 40 plus states billions over the next 15 years. This makes some large states like California, Florida and Texas dependent on tobbaco money. This has aligned their interests with those of shareholders. Nice dividend also.

The price is right with a 3 plus dividend. T is at the same price it was 5-6 years ago but is making much more money.
